Social Life
Do you find yourself driving through Collegetown, one eye on the road, the other expertly scanning the sidewalks just to see who's where? Do you often idle outside of Willard Straight long after lunch? Is the cocktail lounge your preferred place of study? Such is the phenomenon uniquely characteristic to Cornellians: facetime, that inexplicable urge to be social amid prelims, papers, and projects. Here at KD, we try to do our part.
Kappa Deltas believe that a well-balanced schedule includes adequate recreational time, and accordingly the KD social calendar is always full! Highlights for the year include our invite-only crush party each semester, the Pink Flamingo Flock in the fall and Kappa O'Delta in the spring, date nights at the Johnson Museum and Fuertes Observatory, tailgating during Homecoming, Slope Day festivities and of course, our winter and fall formals.
